I've been having the same trouble with formatting, lately. Walking English might just be acting wonky, right now. My advice: give it time; ignore it and it will go away. This advice also works with nagging girlfriends and debt collectors.
I think if you go into "New Post" or "Post to Blog" or some other form of what I just put there, you can go into manage/edit blog and delete things.
