Hover files

 When the weather feels 

like good intentions 

above every color petal 

and some soft round centers 

and frilly lace clusters 

hover clouds of life 

you must make effort to see

hundreds of tiny translucent wings 

attached to tiny buzzing bodies 

filled with life their own 

warmed by the same sun

more intimate still 

cooled in the shade 

of the same tree

as we

who buzz ourselves with life 

blown gently but without care

by the same breezes 

as humble hover flies
